	Completes emergency services necessary to mitigate the loss.
	Communicates with the customer and provides continuous follow-up.
	Briefs the insurance company representative.
	Completes all work quickly, efficiently, minimizing any inconvenience to the customer.
	Completes each job to the customer’s total satisfaction.
	Provides complete job documentation and verification through a Certificate of Satisfaction and a Certificate of Guarantee. A written guarantee for materials and workmanship is provided by the independently owned Puroclean® office handling the claim.
